Mysterious fragments
1. during the victory tour, there is one in estard
2. the casino in Buchaham
3. the casino in Buchaham, one near the priest at the church, press examine
4.TC: Turns out you have to talk to King Scoober before you can get the present day Coral Cave fragment. There's a whirlpool NE of Haven and he's in there. Then goto the Coral Cave. The entrance is the northern staircase on the long, skinny island south of Wetlock. You'll find the friendly monster, tell him where to go, and he'll hand over a fragment.
BTW: you can find King scoober after you complete all the fragment islands....NE of the Haven.
